With three classes a week ran by Denise Renshaw, Timperley Sports Club is the perfect place to get fit this summer. Hosting classes on a Monday and a Thursday, Denise's classes are of varying degrees of difficulty to offer something for everyone no matter what your current fitness levels.
Her class schedule at TSC is as follows:
Monday - 10-11am - Pilates
Thursday 10-10:45 am - Zumba Gold (Over 50's)
Thursday 11-12pm - Beginner Pilates (Book Only)
Thursday 6:15-7:15pm - Pilates
