Timperley Sports Club is on the lookout for enthusiastic Assistant Bar and Facilities Managers to join our team!

Position: Assistant Bar and Facilities Manager
Location: Timperley Sports Club, Stockport Road, Timperley. Altrincham, WA15 7LU

What’s the Role?
You’ll be helping us keep the bar and facilities running smoothly, ensuring our members and guests have a fantastic experience every time they visit. This includes everything from managing the bar, setting up for events, and making sure our facilities are top-notch. Plus, you’ll step up and take charge when our Bar and Facilities Manager is off duty.

Why You’ll Love Working with Us:
• Flexible Hours: We have both full-time (around 40 hours a week) and part-time (100-160 hours over 4 weeks) positions available. We'll work with you to find the best fit.
• Great Pay: Earn £25,000 - £27,000 per year (full-time – pro-rata for part time)

What We’re Looking For:
• Customer Service Stars: You love making people happy and have a knack for providing top-notch service.
• Team Leaders: You can manage and motivate a team, making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Organisational Pros: You’re great at keeping things in order and handling multiple tasks.
• People Persons: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with our diverse members and guests.
• Flexible and Ready to Learn: You’re adaptable and keen to pick up new skills (like first aid and health & safety).

Your Main Duties:
• Running the bar and facilities with a focus on top-tier customer service.
• Managing operations and security during your shifts.
• Setting up and maintaining our facilities for events and everyday use.
• Supervising and supporting our bar and facilities staff.
• Handling customer enquiries about hiring our facilities.
• Ensuring the safety and security of our members and guests.
