The TSC Ltd Board of Directors of TSC Ltd, in line with the Rules, give NOTICE of the 5th Annual General Meeting of Timperley Sports Club Limited (TSC Ltd) to be held on Thursday 5th September 2024 commencing at 7.15pm. The meeting will be held in the function room at the Club.

The 5th AGM of TSC Ltd will be held in person at the Clubhouse and we look forward to welcoming members to the meeting. As well as the key AGM Agenda items the meeting will include an update on the Club's development plans (Project 18) including progress made in the past 12 months and plans and decisions for the next 18 - 24 months.

All Members are invited to attend the AGM - see details below setting out who can vote at the meeting linked to type of membership and subscription payment status Eligible Associate Members (U16 Playing or Associate Non Playing) may attend but can not vote. Parents of junior members are welcome to attend to find out more about the running of the club but can not vote.

As a thank you to Members for their support during 2023-24, and to thank those attending the 5th AGM, we will be offering one complementary welcome drink to all those attending the meeting from 7pm.

Eligible Members (see criteria below) should check their spam for emails from TSC and if either the meeting NOTICE, additional Information or the email with the VOTING link are not received by 25th August 2024 please contact the TSC Ltd Secretary, Shelagh Everett.

We ask that all Members who would like to:
- ask any questions,usually asked for a specific 'Business Item' or under ‘Any other Business’,
- send Apologies
- or appoint a voting representative at the meeting
complete the TSC Ltd 5th AGM Response Form or submit these in advance using or email to the Secretary at info@timperley-sports.com.

We will try and address as many queries/questions raised as practically possible during the meeting along with on the night questions.

In line with our Rules, we are also conducting a ballot for TSC Ltd Directors elected from and by Members and eligible members will be emailed the link to Vote on line by 25th August 2024 and Votes must be cast by by 09:00 on Thursday 5th September 2024 and the results will be announced at the AGM.

- TSC Ltd Playing Members Aged 16+ and Non Playing Members (full voting) Aged 16+ and who have paid their annual subscription where applicable. See below due dates for payment of Subs**
- TSC Ltd Honorary Life Members and Non Playing Life Members (formerly TSC Life Social members)

The following Members are eligible to attend but do not have a vote and can not stand as Directors:

**AGM attendance and Voting Eligibility - Subscriptions / Due Dates:

**Cricket and Non Playing Member subscriptions for 2024 -25 must have been paid by 31st August 2024

**Football, Hockey and Lacrosse - 2024 - 25 Subs are not due until 30th September 2024, so unless already paid online for 2024-25, those Playing Members who paid their 2023-24 Subscription, and are still Members of the club, will be eligible to attend and Vote at the 5th AGM.
