What’s the Role?
You’ll be whipping up delicious meals for our members, guests, and sports teams. From bar menu orders to catering for special events, you’ll keep our kitchen running smoothly and deliver great food, every time.

• Time Management Whizz: You can juggle multiple tasks and deliver on time.
• Experienced Cook: Some experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
• Adaptable and Positive: You’re flexible and ready to tackle changing demands with optimism.

Your Main Duties:
• Preparing meals for visiting sports teams and fulfilling orders from our bar menu.
• Catering for a variety of special events and functions.
• Collaborating with the Bar Manager on stock ordering and rotation.
• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and compliant with food safety regulations.
• Ensuring food safety documentation is up to date and procedures are followed.
• Managing a safe and efficient kitchen close-down procedure.

Training & Qualifications:
• Advantageous: Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety or food allergen awareness (training can be arranged).
