Calling all members, parents, coaches, community users, trundlers & visitors - please help us by completing the survey !

As a Community Benefit Society (CBS) providing befit to our members and the local community is at the heart of what we do! We'd love to hear from members, parents and any of our wider community users and visitors - the our first Social Value Survey will only take a few minutes and completing it will really support the club to deliver its vision, mission and Project 18 plans to develop our facilities.

The Social Impact Survey is open until Monday 13th May 2024 and anyone who uses the club or is involved in our four sports (cricket, football, hockey or lacrosse), parents, community classes, trundlers or visitors are invited to take part. There's a Prize Draw offering two lucky winners who complete the survey a £25 credit / voucher to spend at the bar.

Why are we doing the Survey ?
As a member owned community organisation we exist to provide benefit to our members and the local community. We know that the 'value' we generate through sports, health, fitness, social and community activities extends into providing a range of benefits and value. Most of our funders ask about our social impact when applying for grants and loans so completing this survey can help us bring investment to the club.

We've just not had a system to capture these benefits as felt by our members, parents and local community users of the club. We applied for Grant Funding to help us put in a framework to help us capture, measure and report our social value and we're delighted to be working with Social Value Business to do this important piece of work and we need your help!

Here's how you can take part and complete the survey !

The survey takes 6 - 8 minutes to complete and you can complete online or a paper copy
Don't forget the closing date is Monday 13th May 2024 so please complete asap

Why Social Value is important to TSC, our four sports (cricket, hockey, football and lacrosse) and our community users
Social Value Business are carrying out a 100% grant funded piece of research on behalf of the Club to better quantify Timperley Sports Club’s, (TSC), social impact - it is particularly looking at how the Club is performing against our social objectives along with our success against Regional and National Sports initiatives and strategies.

This is an important piece of work which not only help us understand how we at the Club are doing but is also a significant factor in the Club obtaining grant funding and sponsorship to help us improve and facilitate our ongoing development.

A key part of this research is a questionnaire that we would like as many people as possible associated with the Club to complete so that we can gain insights into how the Club impacts their lives. Whatever your relationship with TSC be you a playing member, a non-playing member, a parent, a “Trundler” an employee or simply a visitor, we would really appreciate you taking the time to share your insights with us and to support the TSC’s work to develop its social impact reporting.

The survey should take you around 6-8 minutes to complete:
The survey is entirely confidential; none of your answers will be attributed to you personally, or reported back in a way that could possibly identify individuals.
The survey will run until 13th March 2024.

Prize Draw !
There is the added incentive of a Prize Draw: £25 prize of credit to be spent within the club for 2 individuals who complete this survey.

The draw will take place on Friday 31st May 2024
