FINAL COUNTDOWN TO OUR 1ST TSC LTD AGM - INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS

AGM packs were emailed to eligible members* earlier this week including all the information in advance of the AGM to be held on Monday 2nd November 2020 commencing at 19:15 via Zoom.

Things are a little different for this years AGM:

- the meeting will be held via Zoom (due to Covid restrictions)

- we've an online form for Members* to complete in advance of the meeting (by 09:00 on Monday 2nd November) to:

a) Attendance: confirm if you are able to attend (and we will send you to the zoom link) OR
submit your apologies

b) Questions: Take a look at the Annual Report and questions in advance or about any other aspects of TSC Ltd. This will help us answer as many member questions as possible

c) Voting Representative: If you wish you can appoint a voting representative

- the Ballot to Elect Directors to the Board is being held prior to the AGM. Members* have been sent a single use link to VOTE by 22:00 Sunday 1st November 2020 . See the email you will have received on Monday 26th October

- Our 1st Annual Report (2019 - 20) has been shared to update members on the work of the Board and Club - highlight version attached. Memebes have also been send more information on the Agenda and the Resolutions to be voted on at the meeting

All four sports benefit from what the work of the Club (TSC Ltd) staff and volunteers - so find out more about how YOUR club works, the challenges ahead as well as opportunities and successes and highlight from the last financial year (1st January 2019 - 31st March 2020). TSC LTD 2020 AGM

So lots of reasons to find out more and get involved this year - the benefit of having our own run and controlled facilities has been a huge bonus during lockdown so give an hour or so to find out more about how the club works, how we're doing and plans for the future

ELECTION

The Ballot for the election of Directors to the TSC Ltd Board is now open - eligible members* have been sent a link to vote with their AGM Pack. Vote by 22:00 on Sunday 1st November 2020 the candidates standing for election are:

- Shelagh Everett
- Alan Holdsworth
- Richard Knill
- Jarrod Sykes

*Eligible Members =
- Playing Members aged 16+ who have paid their 2020-21 annual subscription and are members of TSC Ltd
- Non-Playing Members (£53 sub) aged 16+ who have paid their 2020-21 annual subscription and are members of TSC Ltd
- former TSC Honorary Life Members and Life Social Members (individual and joint)

If you're not sure if you are paid up on subs or an eligible member contact your section to check or the Bar if a non playing member. Any outstanding subs can be paid over the bar.
