We've a special Christmas 300 Club Draw this Saturday, 21st December 2024 at 6.30pm - bring held during our annual club festivities. So what better reason to pop down to the club and meet up with members old and new and be in for this months draw !

This month we'll also be holding a mini draw for our younger members and families with a Children's Draw with special prizes (not cash!) - see Sarah Ripley to enter we've some super prizes from vouches to a ukulele !

The main 300 Club has a guaranteed 1st Prize of at least £125, we've just over 200 regulars now and the more people who enter the draw (on the night or regulars) the bigger the prize fund. If we hit 250 entries on Saturday first prize will rise to £160 and if we sell our 300 numbers the 1st Prize will be £200, 2nd - £100, 3rd - £50 and 4th - £30.

We have two extra prizes drawn each month - and to win these special prizes you need to be in the clubhouse when the numbers are drawn out. This month we the SNOWBALL prize is at £100 ....and with an extra special must-be-won ON-the-NIGHT Prize of another £100,

Help us grow the 300 Club to a 500 Club
Our aim for 2025 with plan to complete Project 18 is to sign up 300 Regulars so that we can expand again to a 500 Club - the more people who get involved the bigger the prize pot fund and the more money we can raise towards developing the clubhouse and bar. So sign up and help us grow this simple and low cost fundraiser !

To join as a regular member of the 300 Club and have your own unique numbers, you will need to set up a monthly Standing Order (SO), still at £4/no. based on how many numbers you require. Please contact our Promoter, Nick Burnett via email at nick@theburnetts.co.ukwith your details and let him know how many numbers you would like. Note, SO payments received are always taken for the following month’s draw…i.e. numbers purchased in October go into the November draw.

Summary of the Rules

• The monthly Snowball continues to accumulate as normal at the rate of £25 / month if not won.
• Under the rules, the draw normally takes place in the Clubhouse on the THIRD SATURDAY of each month. Please keep an eye on the TSC Website/Social Media for reminders on the Draw dates.
• If for whatever reason the clubhouse is unavailable for the draw to take place, we will endeavor to stream the Draw Live on the @timperleysportsclub Facebook page.
• All winners’ names and any changes to the competition will be posted on the Club Noticeboard, TSC Website and Facebook if the Club is closed.
• Prizes may be collected from the bar until the date of the next draw.
• The overall number of entries received will determine the number and value of the prize(s) at each draw, which shall be declared prior to the draw being made.
• Whilst prizes are normally drawn in high value order, including the rollover prizes; the highest prizes may not be revealed until the end of the draw.
• Each valid number may only win one prize in any one month
• NOTE : The usual ON-the-NIGHT BONUS prize has now increased to £25/mth . Up to 4 numbers will be drawn each month, with the O-t-N bonus reducing by a fifth for each no. drawn. If no winner is present at the Club then the prize will accumulate in the O-t-N Bonus Pot which increases by £25/month.
• Numbers sold via PayPal or via the bar at £5/no shall be randomly allocated prior to the draw.
• The overall number of entries received will determine the number and value of the prize(s) at each draw, which shall be declared prior to the draw being made.
