On the green pitch each week at 10.00am. All welcome / mixed session.
Aimed at improving all round fitness and aerobics. Nothing heavy or technical. If you’ve got too familiar with the sofa and your pc over lockdown, then this is just the thing.
All members and guests welcome £5 per session. No need to book (following all the Covid guidance, no symptoms, not in isolation etc) – just turn up. As soon as restrictions allow we’ll add in a pot of coffee afterwards….
